Unless you’re retired or work out of your home the location sucks. Back in the 90’s I lived out beyond the Oak Hill ‘Y’ and the commute in & out of the city was just awful.

That answers my question, I was wondering why this awesome house was “only” 850K. In central Austin, it’d be 2 mil, easy! Nice digs.

the house has not been built. but the lot has been reserved.

Looks very cool. I checked out the area and it’s quite beautiful. Even if it’s a bit of the drive I think it’s nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. Really nice to know there are different builders doing several contemporary and modern homes in the area.
