This home was built in 1954 by Architect Ned A. Cole in conjunction with the National Association of Homebuilders and UT austin an an experiement called the Air-conditioned Village. When the property says ‘no id’, that means it has been taken down from the original listing for some reason.
In this case, it looks relisted (I think at a lower price):

Sorry y’all, the new mls is 6573306. I was wrong abou the architect. But I do know the builder was H T Baker who had a home on the frist parade of homes in austin in 1953.
