Viewed this house on day 1 with a client. Great redo of a basic stock house. One or both owners are architects and and least one of them makes custom furniture. Acid yellow in kitchen is great as is the use of welding gas container caps for the kitchen light fixture. Has a Marfa vibe.

I drove by today and it looks like the MetroHouse project is a few doors south of the property, on the same side of the street (west side)
