Poor quality flip…been in the house and detailing leaves much to be desired. “Builder” used Home Depot construction grade lumber for trim throughout the house (rather than clear grade trim or MDF). Nice kitchen cabinets and appliances. I’m not a fan of vinyl windows but the Milgard vinyl used here looks better than most other vinyl products.
