Only (!) $479K for Dick Clark (!) in Hyde Park (!). I can’t believe I just said that.
I like the house but am not fond of some of the flooring, bathroom tile and kitchen cabinetry choices. The kitchen cabinetry in particular strikes me as too conservative a choice for the property.
Wish I had something more insightful to contribute.
Garage doesn’t appear to be an option, unfortunately. Right next to train tracks. Wedge-shaped lot vanishes to a point at Clarkson/Red River. I completely agree about the bathroom tile – the one with alternating colors/textures in a brick pattern. How about those awful bathroom faucets? Also profoundly dislike the color/stripe accents in the concrete floor, but maybe that’s just me.
If there was a garage or even the option to add one, I would consider it.
I thought the exact thing, “Only (!) $479K for Dick Clark (!) in Hyde Park (!),” THEN I Google-mapped it…oh, what an unfortunate location within Hyde Park.
