Stopped by…place needs a lot of updating and the rear faces due west. At 6:30p it was painful to the eyes to be in the main space because of the intense sun (everything is white). Rear efficiency apt is below deck and not connected to main house. Gorgeous views but would be brutal all summer (deck is Ipe and radiates the heat).
