Listing info

Note:  While this references Stenger in the listing, it isn’t clear that this one is in fact a Stenger.  He did develop many of the surrounding homes but this one sticks out as being different than the rest.  If any one has additional information please post in the comments.

    Ben, my guess by looking at the pics (and having driven by a 1000x) is that it’s Stenger, many hallmarks and nothing that would exclude it.

    The mirror over the fireplace is a bit of a mindbender!

    It is a Stenger, built in 68 the owner who lives in the same neighborhood whose present residence is also a Stenger was built in 63. There are only 2 homes in this neighborhood that arent Stengers. One that was identified as a Stenger in “Atomic Ranch” was actually designed by the man who still lives in it and is/was an architect.

      Correction, the house was built in 1950 (the one for sale), my source for information was distracted by the SA house on here…sorry
