This probably should be a historical / heritage home for Austin. Needs some love, hopefully the buyers restore it and keep its history intact.

I pass this awesome awesome house every day going home. I’ve noticed a lot of activity on the property lately. That Dick Clark sign has been there for at least a year. I PRAY someone restores this AMAZING home!
