I emailed this to someone earlier today, and it is in the Lakewood area: 8534 Eustis Ave 75218-4308. There seem to be so many cute and affordable mcm houses in this area. Ready Made featured a very similar home in an issue last year and I thought this was it, but its not; just another sweet house. Almost makes me want to move to Dallas.
