This was listed last year. Fred Day architect. Very cool place. I ran by it past sunday on one of my long run through the hills over there and it looks great from the road.

I went to the Open house last year and this house is pretty phenomenal inside. It’s been on the market for over a year because it’s severely overpriced for the neighborhood. It’s been decreased from $1.5M, but I’m guessing the emotional attachment to this estate is driving the price more than value. Very unique property though.
