Love your website, been watching it for more than a year. By why doyou link to mlsfinder? Why not Redfin or Trulia or something more web-friendly/useful?
I have no love for MLSfinder but for many years it was the only one who would save searches and allow you to only see new listings for an ‘x period of days’. This is useful since I don’t want to wade through all the listed each time I go to see what is in the MLS. Redfin wasn’t in Austin for the longest of times. I can’t remember what sucked about Trulia but I’ve looked at before. Every few years I’d get fed up with the tool I was using and put a call out but all the new services were not feasible at some fundamental level.
However, MLSfinder has broke down in a few areas over the past few years and with Redfin now here and perhaps improvements to Trulia, it may be time to test them all out again.
So Trulia’s search still sucks and doesn’t provide much control over new in the past x days. Redin, however, seems to have some promise so I’ll have to check it out further.
I was waiting for this one to appear on here – this is quite
the lovely home from the times Ive been on it during
the remodeler’s home tours. Oddly enough, I own the
home next door and have admired this place for quite
some time. Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood.
I like this house very much as I have always admired the sloping lot as I drive by on Enfield. I would be very interested in this home…if…my only concern is that someday there might be an enlargement of Enfield. Are there any future plans that anyone knows of? dm
This house is actually off Windsor, not Enfield. It’s a great hood/location but the odd thing is that you aren’t allowed to turn left either into it (from Mopac) or out of it (onto Windsor towards UT). Kind of makes your driving in & out a PITA — and I don’t mean bread. Dunno if the residents ignore the no-left-turn signs or regard them as merely a suggestion; maybe the person who lives next door can enlighten us. BTW, it got price-chopped by $32k a week ago so if you’re seriously interested the seller might be extra motivated.

Redfin rocks. Get stuck in.
