Just wanted to thank the “powers that be” for putting up my 60’s rancher. I know it’s not quite up to to the gems you typically see here, but it has it’s charms. I hope you purists go easy on it!
I would love to pimp out the floors, demo the granite and all the other atrocites comitted by the previous owners. However, the unbelievable lot, adjacent greenbelt, and being 3 houses away from beautiful hiking trails and waterfalls have made living with the horrors of granite quite bareable. Also, there’s nothing that a well functioning tiki bar can’t cure!

At least it isn’t granite tiles! (I like the tiki bar.)
