I went out and checked out this house when it was under construction. It was part of what was suppose to be a small community of similar homes. At the time only 2 where started and I wonder how many ended up getting built. I seem to remember the lots going up for sale shortly thereafter when the construction boom came to a halt. It had the makings of a nice little area (if you could get by the trailer park up the road).
They have started to advertise a neighborhood for the remaining lots in the gated area by this house. They will be traditional homes, so you’re only looking at two modern homes side-by-side surrounded by traditional ones.
Unfortunately you still have to pass through the manufactured home community to get to this house.
