For that money you’d think they could bring in a pool cleaner and buy a few potted cactus. But I love that out-building.
the one that got away – this home sold a few years back as a “tear-down” for lot value. didn’t even have pictures of the house on the listing. guy who bought it got the lot next door, as well as this little gem for under $650K. the guy split the lots, sold the house for what he paid for both. someone bought it, and now it’s on the market again, albeit with some new additions like the guest house. nice choice, really takes advantage of the views.

I’ve been to this house and it is a really well done remodel.
Tim, if you notice the large sand colored pot next to the pool it’s huge( like up to my chest almost) and has a stunning array of succulents. It was done by Robert Leeper.
