This home was built in 1954 by Architect Ned A. Cole in conjunction with the National Association of Homebuilders and UT austin an an experiement called the Air-conditioned Village. It is one of the first 21 homes in the world to have central Air. http://www.cabinetmagazine.org/issues/3/austinac.php
When I hit LISTING INFO, it went to “No property with that ID.”
Do you have an MLS for this casa? Can’t find it anywhere. Thanks!
When the property says ‘no id’, that means it has been taken down from the original listing for some reason.

Sorry y’all, the new mls is 6573306. I was wrong abou the architect. But I do know the builder was H T Baker who had a home on the frist parade of homes in austin in 1953.
