Can’t figure out how this is “industrial” as the listing info claims.

We walked thru this house last year when we were looking, and it really has potential. The design is seriously unique and would’ve easily been on our short-list had it had a real driveway, carport, or garage. I’m not sure “industrial” is a word I’d use for a description, but don’t let the pictures on the listing discourage you. It has massive potential to be a home that is unlike any other.

The garage thing kills me. I also read it has some past flood damage because of the way it is built on the property. But looks amazing.
