That for close to a mil? This is why I’m not looking to buy a home in Austin.. and well.. Cedar Fever.
Ok, so I’m in love with this house…the color, the architecture, the backyard…just not the price! I know Zilker neighborhood demands high prices but this house was appraised at only $427K. Unless they JUST added on and/or rebuilt a majority of the house, I’m surprised they would hike up the asking price to double that of the tax assessment? Noticed that it has been reduced down to $799K now but still too high for me. Thanks for posting mod houses in Austin!!
I think this one sold recently at $800k.
