I am not familiar with Tom Shefelman but now curious. There is a another mid-century modern home on Almarion which is possibly one of my favorites in that area that bares some similarities so now I am curious to learn more

I have admired that house for a long while, we have some friends who live a few doors down. looks like a real opportunity and I’m anxious to see who buys it. wish I could, would be a fun project.
