Not sure if this is the start of a new community of modern homes or just a couple of one-offs, but there are 2 spec houses listed in Apache Shores. Searching google doesn’t turn up anything for the builder in Austin.

the elementary drawing of the Hunters Pass house looks very cool – wish there was more info somewhere online.
I live on hunters pass! I’ll try to drive down and take some pics. These are definitely “one-offs” but there are already a couple of modern houses on our street. I wonder if they’re by the same developer.
