This place has been on and off the market for the past few years and now is in foreclosure.  There was period as FSBO so perhaps it never wasn’t on the market.  I never knew it wasn’t fully finished out on the inside.  I’ve always loved the multitude of decks overlooking the Barton Springs area.

this is a curious one; the pictures bear out what I had been lead to believe, namely that the house was built and virtually ‘finished’ (see last four or five pics), then someone bought it and gutted it, intending to put their own stamp on it I guess, then things fell apart for the owner(s).

one thing is for sure: when you’re on that roof deck, you’re the king of barton hills.

I went in this one today, lovely views but it needs more work than just having the interior finished. Just my opinion, be there was water damage in one of the bedrooms and mold on several of the cielings. I expect there was some water damage from bathroom vents being left open.

Beautiful views though, but too square and vertical for my tastes. Lots of stairs, but the master and the game room were great with floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room.

Also, no downtown views. Just western hill country views.
